The prestigious James Cleveland Award will be presented to Richard Smallwood, an artist who has made a major impact in the development and advancement of gospel music. Dr. Bobby Jones will receive the Legends Award for his enormous contributions to the gospel music industry and dedication in bringing the gospel music community together.
