Amongst the myriad issues facing America-from the gas crisis to the rising cost of health care-we find ourselves subject to lies and corruption from the highest offices in our government. With the new release of "The Way the World Works" by Jude Wanniski and the film "Bush's War," produced by Michael Kirk, the American public has come face to face with the worst possible dilemma for our democracy: a corporate news machine that diverts attention from evidence of high crimes committed by U.S. officials and instead highlights entertainment gossip and 2008 campaign innuendo.
