Finding a seat during rush hour just got a little harder, especially if there aren't any visible seats on the train at all. The Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) will be working on a new program that will allow for an 18-percent increase of people per car as a pilot program. This is only supposed to be used for four cars out of the 10 in a regular train, and it will only be for rush hour.
